R. Tobey Scott - President
Tobey started Gilchrist Scott, Ltd. in NYC where he was an independent consultant focusing on a wide array of accounting software solutions and network technologies. With a desire for a family focused quality of life, he and his family searched for the perfect spot and found it in Cape Elizabeth, Maine in 1990. Prior to venturing off on his own, Tobey received his Masters in Business Administration and was a Consultant with Arthur Young Consulting. His technical ability, together with his broad understanding of business issues, provides our customers with hands on development and customization expertise along with high level business vision.
Sandra Allin Wyman - Vice President
While meticulously striving to maintain that "balance" between personal and business life, Sandy focuses on both customer requirements and improving each and every aspect of Gilchrist Scott. Sandy teamed with GSL in 1993, moving the business from a multi-software offering to focusing exclusively on the MBS products. Her background in public accounting and tenure in a private entrepreneurial company as a senior manager brings a wealth of real life experience to our customers.
Alicia Berglund - Consultant
Coming to Gilchrist Scott as an Administrator in 1999 with Great Plains Dynamics experience, Alicia has since become a Consultant, focusing on training and implementation for a diverse group of business entities. Her years of experience in the not-for-profit sector provide a well-rounded skill set for our customers. Alicia diligently strives to meet customer needs, both during implementation and ongoing.
Tammy McMichael - Business Development Coordinator
Prior to joining GSL in 2007, Tammy has been involved in many software marketing and business development ventures ranging from CAD to public safety. Tammy brings to the team her Microsoft based technical expertise and a passion for building strong relationships, which is the foundation of Gilchrist Scott's mission.
Karen Simonds - Bookkeeper
Karen Simonds of Saco, Maine joined us in 2008 as our bookkeeper. A Maine resident since 1992, Karen holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She has over 15 years of professional experience in accounting and office management. Karen focuses on overseeing Gilchrist Scott's accounting and administrative functions.

Cathy Steeves - Consultant
Cathy has over 30 years of experience in the software industry. Requirements Analysis, Database Design, Development and Prototype Modeling are all second nature to her. After a career in IT Management for a consulting engineering firm, in 1994 Cathy founded Evolving Solutions, Inc., a Maine-based company that assisted small and medium sized businesses with business solutions. Her strong accounting, project management and technical background contributed to her success. Cathy has assisted many firms with ERP and CRM software selections and implementations and has a strong interest in Business Intelligence reporting.
