Title: Community Partners, Inc. Partners with Gilchrist Scott for Microsoft Dynamics GP Implementation

Biddeford, Maine - April 2, 2009: Gilchrist Scott is happy to announce that Community Partners, Inc., went live with Microsoft Dynamics GP on March 2, 2009.

Once the decision was made that Community Partners (CPI) needed to change their accounting and business management software, Blanche Couture, IT Manager started researching different solutions and along with other members of the team, decided that {cms_selflink page="financials-and-business-management" text="Dynamics GP "}was the right choice for them.

Their previous DOS-based solution challenged them in terms of providing the types of reports they needed, so a robust and flexible reporting capability was key. CPI also uses Saddleback Software for Medicaid billing functionality, so a solution that would easily integrate with other applications was very important to them. In addition, because they use the Microsoft Office suite of tools - Word, Excel, etc. - having a solution that worked with these tools that they were already comfortable with was important. However, the most important factors to them were the safety of Dynamics GP, in that it would continue to be supported and developed well into the future as well as the high availability of support through numerous channels, including Microsoft's CustomerSource customer portal.

When asked why CPI chose {cms_selflink page="about" text="Gilchrist Scott"} as their partner for this implementation, Ms. Couture cited several reasons including experience with similar organizations, the fact that Gilchrist Scott focused exclusively on Dynamics GP and their geographic proximity to CPI offices. "Throughout the conversion process and since, we have been extremely happy with the way that they flexed their support to fit our needs. {cms_selflink page="meet-our-team" text="Alicia Berglund"}, our primary consultant through much of the process, struck just the right mix of support, suggestions based on past experience, encouragement and humor. "
