You use Dynamics GP and love how dependable, scalable, flexible and easy to use it is, but have you ever had a great idea for how GP could be made that much better? Maybe you would like to see something changed or something added - either way, what do you do with this gem, this idea? Well, the Dynamics team at Microsoft is listening. In fact, many of the enhancements that have been added to GP in recent years are a result of suggestions from customers and partners alike. So, how does one submit a suggestion?
First, go to MS Connect and if you already have a Windows LiveID, click “Sign In”. Next, you need to create a connection to Microsoft Dynamics (scroll down a little - you’ll see it). Once you have this connection, simply click on “Create New Product Feedback”. From your dashboard, which is your homepage at MS Connect, you’ll be able to keep track of the suggestions you’ve made.
