Do you ever wish there were an easy way to e-mail documents from within Dynamics GP? Well, there are several third-party products that can do this and one of them is Binary Stream's eMailer Manager.
Easily email or fax multiple Microsoft Dynamics GP documents in PDF format to customers, vendors, and employees. This allows you to streamline various SOP, Payroll, EFT, POP, and Project Accounting emails. For a limited time, you get the Vendor Remittance Add-on for emailing EFT AP remittances to vendors for free (a $950 value).

GP User Group
Maine / NH Chapter
We would like to see a local Dynamics GP user group get started. As a GP Partner, we cannot actually run it, but we can support the group, provide a meeting place and any other materials that would be appropriate. A number of you have expressed interest in being part of this type of group. What we need is a volunteer to get the ball rolling. You would be in the unique position of being able to steer the group, help decide the structure, content and frequency of meetings.
If this is something you would be interested in, please let me know and I will forward some information I have for you to review. Also, if you are interested in joining, but not necessarily running it, I would like to know that as well.
There is a great deal of value when you interact with other users, sharing ideas, concerns and what has worked well for you. Also, collectively you have a voice to Microsoft for suggestions and product feedback.

Useful Tips for Dynamics GP
Did you know that the budgeting module within Dynamics GP can cross multiple fiscal years? It's true! Often times, nonprofit organizations or those in the public sector have funds that must have certain expenses associated with them and sometimes these projects span several years. It is therefore important to be able to budget for the life span of the entire fund.
- Budgets can cross fiscal years or multiple years;
- Budgets can be set up for time ranges (such as quarters) based on the start and end date entered;
- Ties to PO Commitments and Encumbrance Management;
- Works with Excel-Based Budgeting.
