How do you know?white bar graph showing growth

Have you found that while your business has continued to grow and evolve, that you are using the same system which has not kept up? How do you know if you have outgrown your current software solution? We have put together a list of things to look at to help you determine, things that we commonly see.

♦  Do you ever find yourself looking for a report that seems fairly logical for the way you do business but it doesn't exist in the reports library? Or worse, if it doesn't exist, creating such a report would be next needlessly cumbersome and time intensive?

♦  Do you find yourself entering the same piece of data multiple times? Maybe when you were smaller or volume was less, this duplicate entry wasn't so bad, but now that you are larger or volume has increased, all this double-duty takes up valuable time and causes unneeded and sometimes costly errors in the system.

♦  Do you run into user limits, forcing someone to log out of the system so that someone else can log in?

♦  Have you maxed out the usable or suggested size of your database?

♦  Updating data has to be done while everyone is out of the system. Again, this may have not have been a big deal in the past, but now you're too busy and updates are plentiful and more critical so you cannot afford the downtime of forcing everyone out of the system.Big Dog

♦  Is it hard to find someone to support or train new users on the system you use now?

♦  Is compliance becoming an issue?

♦  Your current system does not easily integrate with the tools you use every day, like Microsoft Outlook, Word or Excel.

♦  Security is a challenge. As you add more people to the team, you need to be able to control their access - not everyone needs to see everything, right?

If one or more of the above scenarios sounds like you, then it may be time to look at selecting a new business software. We encourage you to contact us for your complimentary copy of The Essential Guide, designed to assist you in selecting new business software.

For Selecting Today's Business Software

The primary objective of this 72 page guide, developed by SoftResources, LLC is to address what you need to know to select the right business software for your organization. It will provide you with valuable, street-smart information about the factors to consider as you evaluate software and implementation vendors. After each topic, specific questions are included that can be posed to the vendors; each vendor should have the ability to answer the questions. The answers to these questions will help you evaluate each vendor and who would be the best fit for your organization.

"Gilchrist Scott offered the type of hands-on approach we were looking for. They took the time to get to know our business and then applied the software in a way that made sense for us."
